DR. GARY L. PHILLIPS
Senior Pastor

Dr. Gary L. Phillips is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and currently the senior Pastor of Calvary Assembly of God church in El Monte, California. He holds a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy from the California Graduate School of Theology and has been a Pastor for over 30 years. He has taught Church Growth Principles at the Latin American Bible Institute, is President of Liberty Full Gospel Fellowship and Bible Institute of the San Gabriel Valley as well as the President of the International School of Prayer. He is the author of many teaching manuals which are in circulation throughout southern California and translated versions have gone to Cuba, Mexico, Africa, India and various other countries. His manuals reach, touch and change people's lives everywhere. Prophetic gifting, healing and a rhema word are just part of his anointing from God.
